- Citizens Advice Bureaux for just about everything: Phone 0800 FOR CAB (0800 367 222) Citizens Advice Bureaux are a good place to start if you need help. They offer free confidential advice and can put you in touch with other support services in your area.

- CAPS for parent support – in regional centres around New Zealand – see your local phone book.
