Anzac dawn ceremony for youth justice kids

Child, Youth and Family’s youth justice residence in Manurewa held a special Anzac Day dawn ceremony led by the Manurewa RSA with support from the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

The ceremony was the culmination of a month long study of the Anzacs by the 46 young people at the residence.

The Air Force’s presence at the event reflects its close relationship with Child, Youth and Family. The relationship will be formalised shortly when the Chief of Air Force, Air Vice-Marshal Graham Lintott, and Deputy Chief Executive, Child, Youth and Family, Ray Smith, sign a partnership agreement.
