The Site Manager will provide leadership to their team in the delivery of social services will manage teams of professional staff and be accountable for the site’s financial and service delivery against agreed performance and quality expectations.

Key attributes sought for the Site Manager position include demonstrated evidence of:

• Experience in leading and managing teams in the delivery of social services. 
• Effective business planning, financial management, resource management and managing change skills
• Experience in the setting up and implementing of systems and processes
• An effective communicator, both written and orally,
• An ability to organise and be able to demonstrate skills in working collaboratively with stakeholders and community organisations

A relevant tertiary qualification is essential.  This position will appeal to Managers with a Social Services background, who are seeking challenges associated with the development of teams and implementing organisational change.
