The supervisor secondment position is for 12 months leading the Kiwi Iwi team who work with all cases that are not Maori or Pacific island. This secondment could lead to a permanent position as our third care and protection supervisor

The successful applicant will have:

• A level B Social Work qualification
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• An ability to work effectively with all ethnicities when required
• A full driver’s licence
• Good computer skills
• An ability to develop and deliver the service
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Experience at developing action plans either with Staff or around a particular issue
• Have a sense of humour
