Description
Epuni Residence is one of four Care and Protection Residences in New Zealand managed by Child Youth and Family. Our residence operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing both care and protection and programmes for children and young people aged 8 to 16 years. We are dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people in our care and supporting them to realise their potential.
We have recently launched a new Service Model that is aimed at making us a world leading service.
Working in a residential environment is both challenging and rewarding. We're looking for a person who is committed to working with children and young people to help them realise their talents, who has knowledge or experience in the care of at-risk youth or a relevant field, for example, education, health or social services.
If you are a positive role model for others and if you want to be part of a team that is passionate about positively changing the course or pathway a young person is travelling on, we want to hear from you.
Child, Youth and Family, a service of the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), recognises and has a commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.
