Puketai is an eight bed Care and Protection Residence in Dunedin that provides for the wellbeing of young people aged from 10 to 16 years of age. We are entering a period of innovative growth and development and invite you to play a key role in a forward thinking team that’s working with young people and their families. Casual staff, like our youth and social workers, play a key role in supporting and mentoring young people in the residence. Casual staff need to be available on call when members of our care team are either sick or on annual leave.

Child, Youth and Family, a service of the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), recognises and has a commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.
