Te Oranga is a ten bed Care and Protection Residence in Christchurch that provides for the wellbeing of young people aged from 10 to 16 years of age. We are entering a period of innovative growth and development and invite you to play a key role in a forward thinking team that’s working with young people and their families. Join a team where your efforts really can make a difference.
Youth workers are strong role models who mentor and support young people staying in the residence. Daily contact provides the opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives
of these young people. As part of the care team you will work in 8 hour shifts. These shifts are rostered and cover the hours of 6.00am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
