• A level B social work qualification on the NZQA framework.
• Knowledge of current Care and Protection processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be culturally aware, sensitive to other people and their surroundings with the ability to competently manage self and workload and be a committed team member
• An ability to work cross culturally
• Ability to work effectively with clients to achieve positive outcomes
• Good computer skills
• A current full driver’s licence
