We require a highly skilled and motivated supervisor to work as part of our team, providing a focus on Practice Excellence.
The successful applicant will have :
- A level B Social work qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- An ability to work effectively with all challenging behaviours
- An ability to develop and deliver excellence in social work practices
- Ability to manage and lead a team, providing quality supervision
- A full drivers licence
As the centre operates seven days a week, this position may require shift work, working some weekends and public holidays. Your leave entitlements and remuneration is adjusted accordingly.
