You will have a Social Work qualification or Level 6 on the NZQA framework, excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to work cross culturally and good computer skills.  The role of the intake Social Worker is to receive notifications via facsimile and process child abuse notifications in a professional way.

We would welcome new graduates to this position. 

You will need sound judgement, strong analytical skills and Social Work experience.  The ability to converse in Maori and/or a language of the Pacific will be an added advantage.

The Fax team operates Monday to Saturday during the day.
