We are seeking people living on the North Shore to provide fulltime live-in care for young people.

If you are an individual or a couple with experience in managing young people with special needs or challenging behaviour, are able to follow routines, promote positive behaviour with in boundaries, can work as a member of a team and are available full time, then you should consider this position.

Ideally foster parents should have previous experience either bringing up their own family or have worked with teenagers.  Caregiver allowances available.  Reimbursement of cost but reward of assisting young people to improve their life skills is the greater reward.
